  While expanding rapidly, Seed Talent needed a highly scalable professional development platform that is easily customized using sophisticated controls.


• Solution
  HRBTEC developed an integrated professional development platform for Seed Talent from the ground up. This community-based site makes it simple to distribute course programs, skill assessments, certifications, user profiles, user onboarding and motivational achievement badges.


• Results
  Seed Talent has transformed professional development across the cannabis industry by creating a centralized forum for cannabis consumer brands and industry associations, as well as state regulators. Since its launch in August 2021, more than 400 communities, 6700 learners and 73 courses are live on the platform.
